treasures in the archaeological museum in iraklio, greece’s second most important after the one in athens
the samaria gorge - a view. towards the end at the “iron gates” the entire hike was 13 km long!
at the end of the hike - the beach! and a beautiful ferry ride back to the bus home
the incredibly picturesque and inviting village of loutro. didn’t see much though, as the ferry was heading to hora sfakion to catch the bus back to chania.
